An Indian carnival worker hangs from the bars of a manual
Ferris wheel as he propels it around at a fair in New Delhi,
India on Nov. 19. In a city affected by frequent power cuts a
nd blackouts, the ride requires no electricity or generator and
is run solely by the physical power of the workers.
